Consistent security teams, know-how, guaranteed good manners and a well groomed appearance are the distinctive attributes of our employees. A high level of performance and high motivation in each field of duty combined with a positive and strong charisma, are only some criteria of the strict selection which the personnel department of City Security GmbH applies on a daily basis to our pool of applicants.

All employees of City Security GmbH are trained in the following fields:

• law (according to § 34a of the trade regulations)
• competence examination (according to § 34a, chapter 1 item 5 of the trade regulations)
• self-defence
• first aid

Our staff are trained continuously in our own training centres in the fields of plant security, personal security and observation, as every employee has to meet an above average level of criteria in the following fields:

• self-defence
• driver training / driving safety (according to DVR guidelines)
• bugging technology / intelligence and observation
• principles of tactics and the assessment of situations
• weaponry
• expertise on explosives
• extended first aid
• conduct under attack, sabotage and assassination attempts

The headquarters of City Security GmbH in Essen is therefore responsible for monitoring and observing the security regulations.
